It is 6:30pm on a Thursday night, the food (two pork steamed bun) were great and the veg was amazingly fresh. To top it off, the lady serving behind the counter had great customer service!

Ordered chicken steamed bun. Got lemongrass beef. The bao is nice though Bahn mi tofu was relatively tasteless for the price. Service friendly and the place is nice and quiet on a Sunday.
